Wine is part of the setting at Tošić Estate. Located in Razvođe, near Šibenik and Drniš, the estate brings together private holiday accommodation, vineyards, a family winery and a wine cellar. Staying here offers a chance to discover the wines of inland Dalmatia alongside days spent swimming, playing tennis and exploring the countryside.
You do not need to know much about wine to enjoy that connection. You might want to hear how it is made, discover a local grape variety or simply choose a bottle to share over dinner.
Discover our wines and grape varieties
The wines and grapes you can ask Ivan about include Merlot, Lasin, Promona and Plavina. They offer a starting point for discovering the Tošić wine collection and the winemaking traditions of the Promina area.
Merlot is an internationally recognised grape variety with a place in our vineyards. Our Merlot Premium is a dry, full-bodied red wine aged in oak barrels, with dark fruit character and a soft texture. It is a natural choice to discuss when planning a meal with grilled meat, Dalmatian pršut or cheese.
Lasin brings a distinctly local connection. This traditional Dalmatian red grape produces a wine with fresh fruit and floral notes and gentle tannins. For visitors who enjoy discovering varieties they rarely encounter at home, it is an interesting introduction to the wines of the region.
Plavina is another local red grape grown in our vineyards and used in our winemaking. Ask Ivan about its character and the part it plays in the wines available during your stay.
Our selection also includes Promona. Ivan can introduce the wine, explain how it is made and suggest how to enjoy it alongside the other bottles available.

Arrange a wine tasting with Ivan
If you would like to include a wine tasting during your stay at Tošić Estate, speak with Ivan about the arrangements. He can confirm which wines are available, the timing and any charge. Discussing this ahead of time is especially helpful if your group has a particular evening in mind.
A tasting offers a relaxed opportunity to compare wines, share impressions and ask questions. You might start with the differences between Merlot and Lasin, learn about local grape varieties or ask how oak ageing influences a wine.
There is no need to arrive with technical knowledge. Curiosity is enough, and guests who prefer not to join can enjoy the other spaces on the estate.
Explore the connection between vineyard and cellar
The winery and cellar connect the vines in the surrounding landscape with the wine in your glass. If you are interested in seeing more, ask Ivan about a vineyard walk or cellar visit during your stay.
The season and the work taking place influence what can be arranged. Let Ivan know whether you are most interested in growing grapes, the winemaking process or discovering the finished wines, so he can explain the possibilities.
Bring the experience to the dinner table
The shared old stone house has a kitchen and space for all twelve guests to eat together. It is a welcoming setting for a relaxed dinner after a day at the pool or exploring Dalmatia.
Ask Ivan which wine would suit your meal. A plate of local cheese and pršut, grilled vegetables or a home-cooked dinner can provide a simple setting for enjoying what you have discovered.
If you would like to take wine home, ask which bottles are available to purchase and how best to transport them.
Make wine part of a peaceful Dalmatian holiday
Wine tasting can be one part of a week that also includes the infinity pool, private tennis court, hot tub and visits to nearby Krka National Park. Leave time to enjoy the estate, follow your interests and spend unhurried evenings with family and friends.
